Review Candidate Resumes with Client
Following comprehensive telephone interviews, we select the most qualified professionals and review their resumes with our client. The client, with guidance from KLK, will determine the best candidates to continue in the process.

KLK Conducts In-Person Interviews
We conduct interviews with the candidates selected to advance. While these interviews are being conducted, we continue candidate identification until we are confident we have a solid slate of candidates who fit your position and organization from an experience and style perspective.
