Present In-Depth Data on Qualified Candidates
Final candidates are presented to the client for first round interviews. In preparation, we provide additional information on each candidate's qualifications. This includes our assessment of knowledge, skills, leadership ability and interpersonal style.
Finalize Interview Process and Dates
We prepare our clients with all the information necessary to ensure a smooth interview process including facilitating the scheduling, providing interview questions, defining roles, and designing interview tools as appropriate. Most of our clients conduct two rounds of interviews.
Select Final Candidate
Once our client selects the preferred candidate, we will step in to assist with the negotiation of the compensation package and other specifics to assure a successful transition.
